Will lunch and snacks be provided?
Yes! Our morning coffee break will have fresh fruit, KIND fruit and nut bars, freshly brewed Aroma coffee, decaf coffee, and assorted herbal teas available for free. A boxed lunch made by Elōisa is included in your conference ticket price.

What should I bring with me?
We recommend you bring a fully-charged mobile device and/or laptop, cables to charge those devices as needed, an external battery pack if you have one, and a pen and notepad. Business cards are also recommended for networking. Make sure they have your social media information on them!

Where should I stay if I am not local?
You’re in luck! This conference is being held at the Drury Plaza Hotel in Santa Fe and they are offering conference attendees a discounted room rate. Please call them at 505-424-2175 to reserve your room. Spaces are limited!

Will there be wifi and power outlets?
Yes, the Drury Plaza Hotel in Santa Fe has free wifi and there will be some power outlets available in the ballroom when the sessions take place.

Conference ticket purchasers may cancel their ticket and receive a full refund up until 30 days before the conference date.
